This page explains what Aquatech Pools & Spas does with the information you submit through the quote request form on this website. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote request form. That can include your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, the service you are asking about, whether the property is residential or commercial, the property location, your timeframe, an optional budget range, and your description of the project.

We do not ask for payment details, identification numbers or any other sensitive information through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and, where it goes further, to quote and carry out the work. Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for marketing.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, the details are sent by email to info.aquatechpools@gmail.com so a member of the Aquatech team can reply. The message is delivered through an email delivery service acting on our behalf, which processes it only in order to deliver it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to you and keeping a record of work discussed or carried out. If you would like your enquiry removed, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when the page loads.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete them. You can also simply call or email instead of using the form if you would rather not submit anything through the website.
